"Not helpful, and the wording felt misleading"
I went in with a few questions, but the staff acted like I was bothering them and kind of rushed me along. What made it more frustrating was that some of the wording made it sound like they’d be a lot more helpful than they actually were. Overall, not the best experience.

I figured they’d have a solid selection, and yeah, that was definitely the case. There was a lot to choose from, and I found what I needed easily without wandering around forever.

"Tough to Get a Straight Reply"
I reached out to customer service about an issue with my order, and it took way longer than I expected to hear back. I sent a few messages and mostly got silence, which made me uneasy, so I started keeping screenshots and notes of everything just in case.
When someone finally did respond, it didn’t really solve the problem and felt more like they were brushing me off than trying to help. I don’t like having to chase support or protect myself through the whole process, so overall it wasn’t a great experience.

I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s still working fine, which feels like a good sign. It’s not absolutely perfect, but for the price and everyday use, I think it’s holding up well, don’t you?

I was already in a bit of an annoyed mood when my order showed up, so realizing it was the wrong item definitely didn’t help. I ordered one thing and got something else entirely. Support did fix it eventually, which I appreciated, but the whole process was a little frustrating

I had to return an item it ended up being more annoying than I expected. The process wasn’t terrible exactly, and I did get it sorted in the end, but the emails took a while and the exchange details weren’t very clear. Part of me feels like it was fine because it eventually worked out, but at the same time it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

"Store felt kind of dirty"
I stopped in yesterday and honestly, the place just didn’t feel very clean. The floors looked gross, and I noticed dust on the shelves too. I didn’t end up staying long, it just felt a little unclean overall
"Easy to shop, but a few things were sold out"
The site itself was easy to use, no real issues there, but I did run into a couple things I wanted that weren’t actually available. Like, I’d see a size or color and think great, that’s the one, and then it would turn out to be out of stock, which was kind of frustrating. I still ended up finding something else, so it wasn’t a total loss, but it wasn’t exactly what I had in mind at first.

I had to follow up twice before my refund finally came through. I get that things can take a little time, but when someone is owed their money back, it feels only fair to handle it promptly without making them chase it down...

"Ended up being a little letdown"
I was actually excited when this showed up, and at first glance it looked totally fine. The packaging was decent, shipping didn’t take forever, and I figured it would be one of those things that works well enough once you start using it. I messed around with it a bit and noticed a couple little things, but nothing that seemed like a big deal right away.
After using it more, though, the quality just didn’t really feel worth the price. Some of the pieces didn’t fit together as smoothly as I expected, and the material felt kind of weak or cheap. It’s not the worst thing I’ve bought, but I probably wouldn’t get it again

Using the site was annoying. Pages kept loading slowly, and by the time I got to checkout, the whole process felt confusing and harder than it needed to be. I ended up having to reach out and escalate the issue because it felt like something that should’ve been much smoother...

"Shipping was faster than I thought it would be"
I ordered from Lovers last week the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info the very next day, which made me feel a little better because I always like knowing an order is actually moving, you know?
The package ended up showing up in about 3 days, so there really wasn’t much waiting around at all. The box was plain too, which I appreciated because I feel like most people would rather keep that kind of order discreet, right?
I’m giving 4 stars only because the tracking didn’t update much at first, and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a bit. But overall, the delivery was smooth, fast, and I’d say it was a good experience.

"Battery doesn’t last long at all"
I ordered one of the rechargeable toys and the toy itself is okay, but the battery is kind of disappointing. It takes forever to charge, and then I only get about 20 or 30 minutes before it starts slowing down. I tried a couple different outlets and even another cable, but it didn’t really change anything. Compared to other rechargeable stuff I’ve bought, I guess I just expected... I don’t know, more. It’s annoying having to charge it constantly, so I’m not sure I’d buy another battery-powered item from here.

I was really hoping this would be handled more discreetly, but the package showed the store name right on it, which was super embarrassing. And of course there’s no easy way to get a real person about it, just the usual automated system runaround. Frustrating experience...

I ordered my normal size, but it ended up being much tighter than I expected. I checked the size chart too, but it didn’t help much. The material seemed okay, but I couldn’t actually wear it comfortably. I’m always a little skeptical of all the polished wording companies use about fit, and this was one of those times where the real thing just didn’t match up. Annoying to have to go through a return

"Pretty disappointing experience"
The site was easy enough to look through, but checkout was kind of glitchy, actually, not kind of, it was frustrating. My delivery also took way longer than the estimate said it would. I reached out to customer service and the reply was really basic, so it didn’t help much. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst store ever, but this order definitely wasn’t a good experience for me.
"A bit too expensive for what it is"
The prices felt high for the quality I got. I was expecting a better deal, but I’ve seen similar stuff for less at other places. It just didn’t feel worth it to me, so I probably won’t shop here again.
